Open Clip Art an archive of clip art that can be used free for any purpose. Very nice selection of pictures.
With, enter in the URL of the picture page (as seen in your browser) you are interested in and will generate the ready to use HTML code. It will also display a brief and easy license summary, so you don't get in legal trouble because you missed something.

Free Nature Sounds very cool site to "create" nature sounds and save as a wav file.

The Freesound Project is a collaborative database of licensed sounds. Freesound focusses only on sound, not songs.
Creative Commons
Music under Creative Commons. Most is free to use and modify.

Jewelbeat great source of royalty free music. Only requirement is to link from your site to theirs.
